Privacy policy:  LPS Driver Training are legally required under the General Data Protection Regulation to provide you with particular information concerning lawful grounds regarding our ongoing processing of your data.  We have a privacy policy that sets out how your personal data is collected and processed, the purposes for which your data is used and how we keep your data secure and your rights to such data as well as the lawful grounds of processing that data.  

LPS are committed to protecting personal data and respecting rights.  We value the personal information entrusted to us and respect that trust, by complying with all relevant laws and adopting good practice.  We shall never share sell or give out personal details or information about our students or people who enquire about our business to other third parties without their prior permission.  The information we hold about our students is only relevant to their driving tuition. We do not store bank details for payments and we only hold records for the purpose of driver training.  We do not share photographs online or on social media or our website without prior permission from an adult over the age of 18 in writing.  Our information is stored in a safe environment and this is fully explained in our terms and conditions on our student Welcome packs. You have the right to have your details removed and destroyed safely and completely from our business and all requests for this should be made via email to lpsdrivertraining@gmail.com or verbally by calling 07930 277484 where we will endeavour to remove your personal details free of charge within 7 days of the request being received.  Contact forms on our website go through to our email address which is set up on Googlemail and is password protected.  Our website is published by Wix.com and they are GDPR compliant.  Please note we link to some external agencies on this website who we have checked are compliant with GDPR but who may use cookies so we strongly advise you to check the individual privacy policies of the website publisher and of Googlemail and of Driver Theory 4 all, Collingwoods insurance and DVLA if you have any concerns about their use of data but as far as we can possibly clarify we have made sure that all are compliant with GDPR.

LPS Driver training take your privacy very seriously and if you have any questions about our policy please contact us on lpsdrivertraining@gmail.com and speak to our Data Protection officer Mrs Lorraine Simpson.  Our prize draws winners are only contacted by messager and we only contact winners if they have indicated on our Facebook page by opting in with the sentence -I am happy to be contacted if I win.  We do not contact all other prize entrees and never cold call anyone from our business.  All referrals are asked to contact us, we never cold call referrals.  We hope that this assures you of our best intention at all times to provide a safe and private environment for our students data.
